SARKODIE CANT BE MY CHALLENGER, I SAW HIM COMING UP – FLOWKING STONE

The 2016 VGMAs Rapper of the year Nominee Flowking Stone, in granting an interview to Berla Mundi on live TV has open up to so many issues concerning his musical career.
One critical issue he touched on, is who he thinks is the best rapper.
To FlowKing, Eminem is the only rapper he sees apart from anyone.
He added that he’s rap is a puzzle that he works out with the blend of his educational knowledge as a Scientist and his rich Akan culture.
He says with all these, there’s no doubt that any deep listener of rap music, should adjudge him the best “always on the rise/rice like stew”
When Berla pushed him to talk about Sarkodie especially after the social media rift when “fire bon dem rmx” was released, he said they actually did the song together, to show the fans that they are one people and there’s no hostile relationship between them.
FlowKing quickly added that, he saw Sarkodie coming up as a Rapper and he thinks Sark is doing well too, which is also an inspiration to him.
Talking to conclude the hours long chat on TV, FlowKing congratulated Sarkodie for being a Dad and once again told Berla that Sarkodie is really working hard and he respects his waist.
Guess! that’s another punchline from the Kumasi based rapper, who says the fans should watch out for his new hit titled “My Judgement” which will be the first time he features a female musician ever since going solo.
He also hinted on a work with Efya soon.

Kevin Hart: I Will Host the Oscars One Day!

Kevin Hart may be giving up his stand-up comedy career, but that's okay because the funny man has much bigger aspirations.
Hart tells me that he is pretty confidant he will host the Oscars one day.
"I think in time it will come," Hart, 36, told me at CinemaCon when I asked about the possibility of following in the footsteps of Chris RockEllen DeGeneresHugh JackmanBilly Crystal and more. "I think when it comes, it will be right. I'm definitely not turning my nose up to the opportunity.
"I think it's a stage and I think as a comedian it's something that you want to say you did in your career," he continued. "So when I do, trust me I will make my presence felt. And I think once again, the timing will be right. I'm not in a rush, I'm not going anywhere."

Just a few days ago, Hart co-hosted the MTV Movie Awards with his Central Intelligence co-star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Perhaps that was one of Hart's Oscars auditions?
"We know eventually it's going to happen," Hart said. "I'm just being patient about it, that's all."
He'll will next be seen his stand-up comedy tour flick Kevin Hart: What Now? andCentral Intelligence and as a voice in animated The Secret Life of Pets.
See you at the Oscars, Kevin!

Kevin Hart Might Be Quitting Stand-Up Comedy Forever

Kevin Hart might be moving on, and fans won't be too pleased.
The comedian said Wednesday at Las Vegas' CinemaCon that he might be done with stand-up comedy forever, according to Variety. "I don't know if I'm ever going to go out and do it again," Hart told theater owners, adding that his What Now? adventure was "my last f--king tour."
Fans have taken solace in the fact that What Now? is the subject of his upcoming stand-up movie, Kevin Hart: What Now?, so if you didn't get a chance to see him live, you'll be able to see him on the big screen—a place Hart has become quite familiar with given his success in the Ride Along franchise and Get Hard. The upcoming movie features Hart in the middle of his world tour and ends with his sold-out show at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
He was the first comedian to sell out an entire NFL field. His tour ended April 1 with a final performance in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Footage of his upcoming movie was played at the Las Vegas convention, the highlight of which was Hart parodying Denzel Washington's character in The Equalizer. Rather than use a corkscrew to take down Russian gangsters, Hart opted for a wine opener and wound up doused in blood. The preview was aired after people got a good look at the latest Jason Bourne installment.
"I say that is pretty good," Hart quipped, "but mine is better."
Although he kept the funny going from start to finish, whether he was joking about Jason Bourne or entering the presentation like a famous boxer, Hart also turned on serious mode for a moment, telling the audience that he is onboard the laughter-is-the-best-medicine mantra.
"I believe that laughter heals all wounds," he said. "It's a goal of mine to make people understand the power of laughter…I'm that person that you can laugh at."

Selena Gomez Opens Up About Her Stay in Rehab and Life With Lupus

Frustrated by the rumors swirling about why she checked into a rehab facility in January 2014, Selena Gomez finally reveals the truth in GQ.
Between 2014 and 2015, Gomez spent a lot of time revamping her image and career. She dropped her manager, who was her mother at that point, and even let go of her Disney past officially by signing with Interscope Records. She would go on to releaseRevival in October 2015, which has dominated the charts ever since. Because she went on such a self-transformation, the "Hands to Myself" songstress wants to focus on her future, but everyone wants to know about her past.
Whether it's her former relationship with Justin Bieber or her life with Lupus, an autoimmune disease, Gomez doesn't want to talk about it anymore.
"First off, this is something that everyone always wants to fixate on. I got diagnosed with lupus. My mom had a very public miscarriage. So I had to cancel my tour. I needed time to just be okay," she tells GQ, adding, "and I was going through leukemia." (She most likely meant chemotherapy.).

"I went to two different locations for those treatments. It's really frustrating, because I am 100 percent allowed to have that, but I think people just want to have some sort of—" she adds, seemingly at a loss for words.
Her diagnosis didn't come easy, and in turn she kept the news bottled up for a long time. She explains to the magazine that she first told the news to a young child because she wanted him to know she knows what it's like to be sick, really sick, too.
"And there was this kid that wouldn't look me in the eye at all...I wanted to get his attention, even though maybe it was too much. So I just said, 'Ask me anything you want,'" she recalls. "And he was the first person that I told, besides my best friend and family, because he asked me, 'Have you ever dealt with anything like this?' And I said, 'I have lupus. I was in the ICU for two and a half weeks. I was in this exact same room.' And it was the first time that he looked at me."

Having gotten her lupus under control and heading on a world tour, Gomez is ready to move forward, but she knows it will be an uphill battle.
"I just have to be patient. It's slowly dissolving the older I get. And I just have to be patient and make great things with quality, from producing to singing to acting. And one by one, I will be able to change the dialogue and people won't care about everything that's happened to me."

Pretty Little Liars' Brandon Jones Arrested for Alleged Assault With Gun

Pretty Little Liars star Brandon Jones was arrested late last month for allegedly brandishing a knife and pulling a gun on his neighbor, E! News has learned.
The 27-year-old actor, who plays Andrew Campbell on the ABC Family-turned-Freeform series, was jailed on March 24 and released on a $50,000 bond earlier the next morning, police records show. He is due to be arraigned Thursday.
Jones was charged with brandishing a knife and later pointing a handgun at a neighbor during a neighborhood dispute, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office said in a statement to E! News. Jones faces one felony count of assault with a firearm and one misdemeanor count of exhibiting a deadly weapon in this case.
"It is our understanding that the gun in Mr. Jones' possession was fully legal and registered, that he was on his girlfriend's private property, and that he and his girlfriend felt that they were under threat in a dispute with neighbors," Jones' rep toldTMZ.
In addition, he was also charged with another misdemeanor count of exhibiting a concealable firearm in public, stemming from an Oct. 30, 2015 incident in which he allegedly exhibited a hidden handgun during a dispute with a neighbor at his North Hills home, prosecutors said.
If convicted of all counts, Jones could be sentenced to more than five years in state prison. Police are still investigating.
In addition to Pretty Little Liars, Jones has also appeared on shows such asUnbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and The Fosters.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Celebrate Their Engagement With Cake at NYC Strip Club

Let the festivities continue.
More than a week after they revealed at a Los Angeles gentlemen's club that they were engagedBlac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are taking their celebrations to the Big Apple.
The couple arrived at Aces Strip Club in New York City late Wednesday night, where Chyna was scheduled to make an appearance.
The 27-year-old model was clad in a black jumpsuit with a low-cut neckline and gold trim. Her beau kept his attire casual in a plain dark long-sleeved shirt, pants and a baseball cap.
Though they were surrounded by fans while seated in the VIP section, the pair didn't appear to mind.

According to an eyewitness, Kardashian had his arm around his leading lady and they both looked very happy. "It's a mob scene, but they are very content," the eyewitness told E! News exclusively.
There was no shortage of alcohol for the pair. MoĂ«t and Chandon RosĂ© was spotted on the table, though Rob reached for a bottle of Hennessy Cognac. According to the eyewitness, his fiancĂ© was not seen drinking anything.

Iggy Azalea Says She's ''Figuring Out'' Whether She'll Still Marry Nick Young

Iggy Azalea isn't 100-percent set on making any kind of decision when it comes to her relationship with Nick Young.
video between the Los Angeles Lakers star and D'Angelo Russell leaked online and revealed Young may have cheated on Iggy last summer, and although the tworemain engaged, the rapper is the first to admit she's still uncertain about a lot of things moving forward.
Iggy opened up on The Bert Show, which aired Wednesday morning, discussing the scandal and even revealing that she couldn't tell us the likelihood of whether she and Young will follow through with their marriage.

"I don't know. I'm still figuring it all out. It's still fresh," she said, admitting that she's trying to take time to make the right decision. "I think last year, the year that I had, has kind of taught me maybe it's best to just wait until it's like a little more past tense before you kind of speak about necessarily how you feel about something."
She added, "When you're in the heat of the moment or things are still progressing or coming out and you're getting new information, the way you feel about things can change really quickly. It can go up and down. So I'm just kind of still figuring it out."
When the host asked her to assign a percentage to the chance of them staying engaged and ending up married, Iggy was honest in answering that everything is still up in the air.

"I really couldn't assign that today," she said. "I don't know, who knows? I just have to give it some time."
One obstacle is the timing of the situation, which fell right before she headed on her promo tour for her new albumDigital Distortion.
"I'm out here on this promo tour and I'm kind of just crazy busy now," she explained. "It's just something we'll have to figure out later when I actually come home and have time to talk about it. I don't think it's something you can really figure out when you're halfway across the country, just crazy busy."

Iggy has been open to speaking publicly about the situation, admitting that she'd rather address it than have people "poke it like a beehive."
In fact, earlier this week she told a Tampa Bay radio show that, should she ever find any more videos or references to cheating, she will definitely take action.
"I'm not cool with it. Like you will have half a penis," she told the radio hosts. "One more video just one more thing and you will lose a quarter of your meat."
Last week, Iggy also talked to Ellen DeGeneres about her fiancĂ©'s snafu and saidthey were doing OK. "We're good. There isn't [controversy] at home just on the Internet," she said.
A source recently told E! News their love for each other is helping them move forward. "Iggy is not going to leave Nick. She loves him and he loves her and she has forgiven him before for flirtations. Ultimately, he will always love her."

How much sex should you be having?

Basic instinct (1992) movie scene

Are you having enough sex? You might have wondered if you should up your bedroom activity after reading about other couples' resolutions to have sex every day or about all the health benefits of getting horizontal.
In what might be welcome news for everyone exhausted from work and frazzled from kids, research suggests you don't have to get down every day to reap the rewards of sex, at least in terms of happiness and relationship closeness.
recent study found that, although married people or people in committed relationships who had more sex tended to report feeling happier, the benefit leveled off at a sexual frequency of once a week. Those who said they did the deed four or more times a week did not report feeling any happier than those who had trysts only weekly.
"I do think couples can end up feeling pressure to try to engage in sex as frequently as possible," said Amy Muise, a postdoctoral researcher studying sexual relationships at Dalhousie University in Canada. Once a week "is maybe a more realistic goal to set than thinking you have to have sex everyday and that feels overwhelming and you avoid it," said Muise, who is lead author of the study, which was published in November in the journal Social Psychological and Personality Science.
The study found that sex could boost happiness because it makes people feel more satisfied in their relationship, based on survey data from two separate cohorts, including 2,400 married couples in the U.S. National Survey of Families and Households.
"For people in relationships, their romantic relationship quality is one of the biggest predictors of their overall happiness," Muise said. "Having sex more than once a week might not be enhancing that (relationship connection), although it is not bad."
However, there are a couple of rubs with this research, Muise said. One is that it is not clear which came first, sex or happiness. It may be that people who have sex once a week or more were happier in their relationship and life to begin with, and not that the sex helped make them happy. Or both may be true: Sex enhances happiness and happiness enhances sex.
The other catch is that, although a weekly romp might be just what some people need, it might be too much or too little for others. "Certainly there are couples for whom having sex less frequently will be fine for their happiness, and there are couples who will get increases in happiness if they have sex more than once a week," Muise said.

What's the right number for you?

"One of the best effects of an article like this (by Muise and her colleagues) is that it opens up conversations with couples" about their sex life, said Vanessa Marin, a sex therapist based in Berlin. For some couples, the question of how often they should have sex might not have come up, which could be a sign they feel sufficiently close and satisfied -- or that they are just too busy or disconnected to think about it.
"Most couples want to be having more sex and I think this is really a result of how busy and full most of our lives are," Marin said.
Marin avoids prescribing an amount of sex that couples should have, because every couple is different, and instead recommends couples test it out for themselves. "I'm a big fan of having clients experiment, like, one month try to have sex twice a week and see how that goes, or once a week, try to play around with it," Marin said.
As for those lucky couples that are content with how often they get busy under the sheets, one study suggests they may not want to change a thing. Researchers asked couples that were having sex about six times a month to double down on getting down. Couples that doubled their sexual frequency were in worse moods and enjoyed sex less at the end of three months than couples who had stuck to their usual level of bedroom activity.
"Being told you should do something always makes it less fun," said George Loewenstein, a professor of economics and psychology at Carnegie Mellon University and lead author of the study. That is another reason Marin does not make recommendations to couples about sexual frequency -- for fear they could worry they are not living up to expectations and lose their mojo.
However, there's a far bigger relationship problem than couples worrying they aren't having quite enough sex -- "couples that have pretty much stopped having sex," Loewenstein said. For these couples, "I think once a week is a good final goal. ... It is almost like a natural constant to do it once a week," he said.
Even if these abstinent couples want to be having more sex, they may lack the desire for their partner. These couples can try conventional strategies, such as scheduling more quality time together or trying a change in scenery. "What couple has not had the experience that you go to a hotel in a new location in a new environment and the person you're with seems different, and different is good when it comes to sex," Loewenstein said.
But if these tricks aren't enough, couples may have to appeal to their rational rather than lustful side and tell themselves to just do it. "These couples might be surprised how enjoyable it would be if they restarted," Loewenstein said.

    Should you schedule your sex?

It might sound like the least romantic thing in the world to pencil in sexy time with your partner. But if you and your partner are game to try, there is no reason not to make a sex schedule.
"For some couples, scheduling sex works really well, it gives them something to look forward to, they like the anticipation, they like feeling prioritized," Marin said. "Then other couples (say) scheduling sex feels horrible to them, like sex is transactional and just another item on their to-do list."
Again, Marin recommends couples experiment with scheduling sex to see if it helps them, as long as neither is opposed to it.
A good idea for all couples, whether they like the idea of scheduling sex, is to plan for quality time together -- just the two of them. Ideally, this would be about 20 minutes a day with the TV off and cell phones away, but for extra busy couples, it can help to reserve just five minutes a day for a tete-a-tete, Marin said. This time is also the "container for sex," the time and privacy when sex can be initiated, but you don't have to feel pressure about it, she added.
Although scheduling sex can help couples that want to be having sex but just can't find the time, it can make things worse for some. "If there are relationship issues or psychological issues such as stress or anxiety, then scheduling sex might just add to the pressure," said Acacia Parks, associate professor of psychology at Hiram College.

As for when to schedule the sex, the best time is probably the time when you are least likely to be pulled away by life's obligations. One of the perks of rise-and-shine sex is that testosterone levels are highest in the morning, and this hormone drives sexual desire. On the other hand, tuck-you-in sex could help lull you to sleep, as hormones released during orgasm could help you relax and feel tired.
According to Muise, the participants in her research typically reported having sex at night before going to sleep, which is not that surprising. But it has to work for both parties. "This is another point of negotiation between partners," Muise said. "One of them is just too exhausted. That might be something to play around with, is there a time on the weekend that we could try instead."

Inside Blue Ivy's Magical and Flowery Fairy-Themed 4th Birthday Party

It was a birthday party fit for a fairy princess.
In celebration of Blue Ivy Carter's fourth birthday, BeyoncĂ© and Jay Z's famous daughter enjoyed a magic day surrounded by flowers and fairies.
As depicted in photos shared on the songstress' website, guests could enjoy the festivities from the comfort of colorful lounge sofas, inside cozy tents or at a dinner table dressed with quirky mismatched chairs adorned with butterfly wings.

Surrounding the soirĂ©e, greenery and floral arrangements hung overhead as well as pastel paper flower pom-poms.
Racks of children's costumes could be spotted nestled in the back of the room—a sure sign of plenty of dress-up games to come.

The guest of honor looked picture perfect in a powder pink dress with a tulle skirt, white tights and Converse sneakers. However, no birthday bash would be complete without a costume change.
She was later photographed preparing to shoot a bow and arrow in a fuchsia party dress adorned with a colorful butterfly print. As Blue clearly knows, no fairy princess is fully outfitted without a pair of butterfly wings and a sparkling tiara.

The fest was officially in full swing when adult fairy princesses arrived to the party to celebrate with the birthday girl.
